The Project will be performed as part of the Globelics network.Leaders of the RISSI Project in Brazil, India, China, South Africa and Uruguay are also members of the Scientific Board of the Global Research Network for Learning, Innovation and Competence Building Systems – Globelics (www.globelics.org).
Four institutions are responsible for the project. In Brazil, RedeSist - Economics Institute of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, coordinated by José Cassiolato and Maria Clara Couto Soares; in India, National Institute of Science, Technology and Development Studies (NISTADS), New Delhi, coordinated by Dinesh Abrol; in South Africa, Tshwane University of Technology, Pretoria, coordinated by Rasigan Maharaj; and in China the Graduate University of Chinese Academy of Science (GUCAS), Beijing, coordinated by Xielin Liu.
